  • 4 medlars
  • 3 apples
  • 1 mango
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 4 leaves of lemon verbena

The decor:

  • 1/2 jar of soy yogurt
  • Some currants
  • Some leaves of lemon verbena

  1. Clean and peel all fruits.
  2. Steam the medlars and apples cut into small pieces with the verbena for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the verbena leaves and mix the medlars + apples. Add maple syrup and let cool.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the mango. Mix the mango with the medlar / apple mixture.
  5. Serve and decorate with a little soy yoghurt and some currants.
