My name is Lili and I am the creator of this culinary blog Nawaï Li.
Passionate about cooking since my childhood, today I am 27 years old and I decided to reorient my career following the arrival of my little boy Timoté. Before, I worked as a designer in the field of haute couture. I have always felt the need to work in a creative environment and my fighting energy has pushed me to take a new flight in developing my own company.
Becoming a mom changed my vision of life and I started to blossom by studying holistic nutrition, which invites me to find my balance from a nutritional, emotional and physical point of view. It is a 360C person-centered vision that has allowed me to make choices and take a closer look at what we consume daily and how it affects our health/environment.
Love, sharing, passion, kindness, awareness, balance… These are words that resonate very strongly in my heart.

It is a motto that is very close to my heart. Here, you will not find any industrial products in the elaboration of my recipes, no colorants, no refined sugars or sweeteners… All that Mother Nature does not grow, I banish.
I emphasize the homemade with simple, nutritious, colorful and balanced dishes within everyone’s reach.
I also like to promote our beautiful country of Switzerland by discovering local craftsmen who share the same idea: to preserve the land for tomorrow and produce conscientiously with benevolence.
Although I have chosen to publish vegetarian recipes, I remain open-minded and believe that the balance lies in the variety of our dishes and in the good sense and attention we pay to them.
