Breakfast, as its name suggests, is coming out of the fast of the night (“die – fast”). At this point, the best thing you can do for your body is to provide it with intakes rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre and protein. We avoid the infamous industrial cereals, chocolate spread jars and other bottled juices denatured by a succession of industrial processes. Make room for natural and nutritious breakfasts.
