- 4 medlars
- 3 apples
- 1 mango
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 4 leaves of lemon verbena
The decor:
- 1/2 jar of soy yogurt
- Some currants
- Some leaves of lemon verbena

- Clean and peel all fruits.
- Steam the medlars and apples cut into small pieces with the verbena for 10 minutes.
- Remove the verbena leaves and mix the medlars + apples. Add maple syrup and let cool.
- Meanwhile, mix the mango. Mix the mango with the medlar / apple mixture.
- Serve and decorate with a little soy yoghurt and some currants.
