  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 goldkiwi
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of matcha powder
  •  ice cubes
  • 1 tsp chiaseed
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana

  1. In a small bowl, combine almond milk with chia seeds. Set aside.
  2. Cut the banana and the kiwi. Squeeze the lemon.
  3. Mix fruits with maple syrup, matcha powder and ice cubes.
  4. In a nice jar, arrange a little mix of almond milk / chia at the bottom and add over the fruit / matcha mixture.
