- 1/2 lemon
- 1 goldkiwi
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp of matcha powder
- ice cubes
- 1 tsp chiaseed
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- In a small bowl, combine almond milk with chia seeds. Set aside.
- Cut the banana and the kiwi. Squeeze the lemon.
- Mix fruits with maple syrup, matcha powder and ice cubes.
- In a nice jar, arrange a little mix of almond milk / chia at the bottom and add over the fruit / matcha mixture.
