A healthy smoothie bowl made with pink pitaya.
- 100g organic pink pitaya
- 1 ripe organic banana
- 1 organic orange
- 4 tbsp almond milk
- 3 lychees
- 1 small handful Granola
- Squeeze the orange juice.
- In the bowl of the blender, place the banana cut in 4, pitaya, orange juice and almond milk. Mix for 30 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a nice bowl, add the lychees cut in half and a little granola.
I recommend that you always make your smoothies fresh and eat/drink them quickly to get the most vitamins.
