A healthy smoothie bowl made with pink pitaya.



  • 100g organic pink pitaya
  • 1 ripe organic banana
  • 1 organic orange
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 3 lychees
  • 1 small handful Granola


  1. Squeeze the orange juice.
  2. In the bowl of the blender, place the banana cut in 4, pitaya, orange juice and almond milk. Mix for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a nice bowl, add the lychees cut in half and a little granola.
