I propose you today to enjoy again while there is still time of our magnificent fruits and vegetables of season and local. I invite you to prepare this juice intuitively, little summary to prepare for this rather nice exercise!

Intuitive cooking – fruit and vegetable juice

The idea is simple, I do not share any quantity on this recipe. You will find the different fruits and vegetables that I have used to give you an idea of a blend that blends well and balances (not too sweet). But for the quantities, it’s up to you.

Take 5 minutes to see how much of each ingredient you have left in stock and juice it up with your intuition. Give free rein to your imagination and add yet another ingredient according to your desires, or on the contrary, if you are missing one, remove it from the list.

The objective is to do with what we have at hand, without getting lost in measurements or dosages. Trust yourself, taste and adjust your juice as needed to suit your taste.

It’s a great exercise to do with the kids too.

Why do I mix fruits and vegetables in my juice?

To naturally reduce the sugar content in my juice. There are days when I like to enjoy a very sweet juice and others when I resonate. Ex sugar addict, I don’t trust the balance of my recipes. Although I never add sugar to any of my beverage recipes, the fruit is naturally sweet. It is interesting to vary and integrate vegetables to vary the pleasures. A good way to finish any leftovers in your fridge.

Take 5 minutes to decorate your juice with some dried flowers for example, make yourself PLEASURE and take the time to savour your juice in conscience.
